Areas of Expertise

Services include school levy campaigns, contract negotiations, scholarships, grant writing, fundraising, strategic planning, and crisis communications.

Just how difficult is it to identify funding sources, recognize opportunities, evaluate their potential, apply, receive and administer grants?

Successful grant writing and administration must be structured much like a marketing plan complete with a mission statement, brand positioning, effective strategy, efficient execution, and accurate measurement. Finding funders and following instructions is simply not enough.

ECS will provide objective counsel and hands-on execution with regard to grant research, evaluation, writing, and administration. Our lead consultant has both depth and breadth of knowledge, and an enviable track record of success.

Your campaign may rise to a higher level of success with assistance from our experienced practitioners as executive directors, marketing executives, creatives, and volunteer community leaders.

Services cover everything from strategy, goal-setting, case statements, collateral, print, web, and training.

Members of the team have been successful in volunteer roles as well as in their professional careers. Some have led community campaigns for the arts, churches, education, food pantries, health and human services, mental health and other causes.

In one case, a team member conducted communications activities that included message crafting, materials, strategy, and training for a capital campaign that exceeded its goal by 2O%. One of our collaborators has in-depth experience working within organizations as a foundation and development executive, program development, grant writing, scholarship development, and special events.

Another has organized and led five successful school levies, two united campaigns, and has increased yes votes for a mental health levy by a factor of 1.5.

Making a point is one thing, delivering it to internal and external audiences in a meaningful manner is another. In our experience, many initiatives fall short of their potential simply because the message was not clear and precise.

Our first task will be to craft a message that is clearly understood by your target audience. From there, we will help you deliver it through appropriate channels that may include public media, private networks, printed materials, Internet, group presentations, and personal outreach.

Services include websites, publications (including annual reports), copywriting, graphics and layout, photography, and many others. We will provide training for website updates.

Think of us for successful political campaigns and public issue promotion.

Quotes & Proposals

To maintain the flexibility to suggest practical solutions, offer creative bundling, and to protect our intellectual property, we choose not to publish our rates. However, there is no charge for a site visit within our service area during which we will get acquainted, discuss circumstances, and define desired outcomes. From that meeting, a detailed proposal will be developed and delivered.
